The Bisexual Flag was developed in 1998 by Michael Page. It was created to shine awareness on the bisexual community.  
 
Hot Pink (Pink Agate) - Attraction to the same gender
Dark Blue (Lapis Lazuli) - Attraction to the opposite gender
Purple (Purple Agate) - Attraction to both (bi = two) genders
